What exactly are you rebutting? I am telling you that MSF needs to come up with guidelines on how to prioritize the applicants and it is *common sense* to prioritize those who have more hands. You cannot disagree can you?
Not if there are enough applicants and the widows don't end up in the queue, so be it. Our vulnerable children are all well-taken care off. How cool is that? What exactly is the big deal again?
If on the other hand, MSF does not have enough applicants, then maybe would have to ask the widows..... and so be it.
